For the stylish Lederhuis residential development in Waalwijk, Atko provided the complete supply of masonry support systems, including masonry support angles and steel lintels. In close collaboration with the contractor, various custom solutions were developed, including inclined masonry support angles, support angles for concrete lintels with brick slips, and steel lintel structures. These were engineered, manufactured and supplied by Atko.

Lederhuis combines distinctive architecture with sustainable living and accommodates 19 residential units: 9 apartments, 5 townhouses and 5 single-storey homes. In addition, space has been created on the ground floor for a retail or hospitality establishment, giving the building a lively character.
