43 Homes Rieteilanden, Naaldwijk

In the heart of the Hoogeland neighbourhood, 43 unique new-build homes were developed on the Rieteilanden. The project consists of 7 detached houses and 36 stylish semi-detached homes, spread across two islands.

At the contractor’s request, the project was delivered in two phases, with each phase divided into 15 bundles of masonry support systems. Each bundle of steel lintels was intended for two plots and supplied with its own bundle list. These lists corresponded directly with the façade drawings and window and door frame references in Atko’s execution documentation.

Good preparation is the basis for smooth execution. Thanks to this structured approach, the work on site could be carried out efficiently and in a well-organised manner.
